About Me

Shaun West is a UK SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licensed Close Protection Front Line Operative with extensive security experience gained both within the UK and Overseas.

Serving almost 9 years within Britain’s Elite Parachute Regiment he carried out operational tours in numerous different theatres.

He then went on to complete the Ronin Protective Services Bodyguards Course (www.ronin.co.za) in South Africa one of the most highly rated bodyguard courses worldwide.

Since completing the course he has gained employment as a Close Protection Officer on various close protection details in Hostile Environments such as Iraq and Afghanistan as well as gaining a vast amount of experience carrying out a wide variety of Security Details and Protective Assignments within the UK and across Europe.

As well as carrying out numerous Close Protection assignments Shaun is also a trained Surveillance Operator, Private Investigator and First Aid Instructor.
